- For Child E-Ticket – the rate specified is for children aged 7-12 years. If a customer mistakenly buys this ticket for an adult, no top-up is permitted, and the customer must buy an adult ticket at the full price.
- The physical ticket(s) can be claimed on 31st December 2024, starting at 6pm. Kindly proceed to the designated ticket counter or check-in area at the Lobby, The Pacific Sutera Hotel to collect your physical ticket(s).
- You can purchase multiple tickets within a single order and each ticket will be allocated a different QR code as proof of purchase. Present the unique QR code(s) at the check-in counter to obtain the physical ticket(s). Each QR code can be redeemed only once.
