  1. Petronas ID is required upon check-in for verification.
  2. This package is exclusively sold as an e-voucher.
  3. Guests must present the e-voucher upon check-in; walk-in purchases are not permitted.
  4. Closed-Out Dates:

  5. Booking only applicable for KSRP members.
  6. Additional top RM 100 to be charged staying period from 1 April 2025 – 30 September 2025.
  7. Applicable for 2 persons per room only, STRICTLY no extra bed allowed.
  8. All room subject to availability.
  9. The bedding type of all rooms blocked as illustrated above are of combination of king and twin bedding configuration. Any request for guaranteed bedding type are subject to availability upon room confirmation.
  10. Unused portions of the package are not transferable and will not be refunded to your hotel bill.
  11. Rates are nett in Malaysian Ringgit, inclusive of  8% Sales and Service Tax (SST). This adjustments aligns with regulatory changes.
  12. All room pre-payment for the full duration of stay is required at the time of booking and will not be refunded for cancellations, shortened stays or amendments.

In the event of bad weather condition or unforeseen circumstances occurring which result in cancellation of last boat transfer into the island due to safety or commercial reasons, food & lodging cost for the overnight stay in Mantanani island will be arranged and absorbed by the resort. No claims including claims for refund, resulting from such cancellation shall be entertained.
  18. The Guest including Minors (below 18 years of age) agrees to assume all risks associated with the boat travel to and from the Resort, and/or for participating in the activities at the Resort and/or patronizing the Resort, and shall release the Resort and/or its Company including its officers and/or employees from all and any loss, damages, liability, claims, demands, costs, expenses, personal injury or death, howsoever caused.
  19. The above terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. In making this booking, the guest agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts in Malaysia at Kota Kinabalu, Sabah, Malaysia.
