TERMS & CONDITIONS:
- Non-Transferable Date
- Tickets purchased for the selected date are non-transferable to another date. (Open date tickets are not applicable to this term)
- Child Rate:
- The child rate applies to children aged 7 to 12 years.
- Ticket Purchase & Validation:
- Guests can purchase multiple tickets in a single order.
- Each order will be assigned a unique code and a corresponding QR code.
- Early Bird Offer:
- The early bird offer is valid until 1st March 2025.
- Ticket Presentation:
- A valid digital or printed ticket must be presented upon entry.
- For digital tickets presented on mobile phones, ensure light mode is enabled for scanning.
- Booking Policy:
- This offer allows for open booking.
- Bookings must be made at least 1 day in advance, subject to availability.
- E-Ticket Transferability:
- E-tickets are transferable but can only be validated once.
- Sales Policy:
- All ticket sales are final.
- No refunds or cancellations are permitted.
- Pricing:
- All prices are nett and inclusive of the prevailing service tax.
- Management Rights:
- The Management reserves the right to make the final interpretation of these terms and conditions.
- The Management may change the terms and conditions without prior notice.
